  • Our HQ is in Georgia, VT; however, we have supporting resources in Burlington and Highgate.

  • At this time, we are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST; however, we are always available in case of an emergency.

  • While we are capable of working with all desktop and server operating systems, we have chosen to specialize in Windows desktop and server operating systems. At this time, we do not work with MacOS, Chrome OS, or Linux-based devices.

  • While we are able to work with a multitude of firewall and network technologies, we specialize in Watchguard firewalls and TP-Link Omada switches and wireless access points.

  • We specialize in Microsoft 365 for email and productivity. At this time, we do not work with Google Workspace; however, we can help you migrate to Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.

  • We leverage an industry-leading EDR platform to monitor, detect, and remediate endpoint threats, and we perform monthly network and endpoint vulnerability scans that provide us with actionable data and valuable insight that allows us to make an informed decision concerning the remediation of these vulnerabilities.

  • We leverage the abilities of an industry-leading business continuity and disaster recovery platform to ensure that critical business data is protected in the event of a disaster. We regularly verify that the integrity of the data contained therein is maintained by restoring the data to virtual machines hosted in our cloud platform.

  • All monthly invoices are NET 30 and are sent on the first business day of the month for that month’s services.

    All project-related invoices are due on receipt, with 50% of labor and 100% of hardware (if applicable) paid up front.

  • We use a secure online portal for paying invoices via electronic checks. This is the preferred method of payment and there is no fee for submitting payments in this fashion. We also accept credit cards (3% fee) and traditional checks via USPS.

  • Our agreements are based on recurring 1, 3, or 5 year terms with a no-penalty 30-day cancellation clause.
